A Fork In The Road

By Rucsandra Mitrea

We all encounter those moments when we find ourselves stretched to the limit by certain circumstances in our lives. There, hidden in the depths of what we feel, lies the Transformation Point.

Maybe we are aware of such a concept and maybe not, but as we struggle to steady the rocking boat, we come face to face with a decision: repeat old behaviors and patterns or jump ship and start anew.

Whether we find ourselves in a moment of physical pain, illness, or emotional turmoil, the Transformation Point is what allows us to evolve. That moment of deep realization, suspended in time and space, has the power to change us at the innermost level. It might require a leap of faith or it might present itself as a deep knowing embedded in our consciousness, but we recognize without a doubt when we reached a fork in the road. We can feel it and our cells can feel it too.

We now have to choose: return to the beliefs that created the challenging experience in the first place, or allow the transformation to take place. The physical body will tell us which direction we are headed towards. There is a sense of dread or a sense of anticipation that will affect the frequency at which we vibrate.

All we need to do is listen, pay attention and quiet the mind long enough for us to feel what our bodies are telling us. Sometimes we remain there, suspended at the fork for a long time, unable to make a decision and choose the next path, but eventually we will make our choice.

Our cells know when we chose to go in circles because we feel the dread and the heaviness of our decision. It feels safer to do and think what we have always done and thought because that is what we know; so, we choose the same thought and the same behavior over and over. By doing that we bypass the Transformation Point and we return to the same vibration we carried before we reached the fork in the road.

On the contrary, if we feel a sense of anticipation and ease in the physical body, we know that we choose to evolve. Going through the Transformation point will require determination and patience but all we need to do is take that first step and then magic happens. All the pieces will start fitting together and we will return or arrive to a higher place of heath and joy.

A fork in the road is a beautiful and powerful reminder that we can always choose what our next experiences will be.
May we always choose to evolve and move towards a higher vibration of health and fulfillment, with joyous experiences and wide open hearts!
